Thiri joined us as a Legal Associate. Her main areas of practice cover various corporate matters such as establishing business entities and their ongoing corporate secretarial matters under Myanmar Companies Law and Myanmar Investment Law, advising and representing labor disputes, reviewing employment contracts, conducting due diligence, applying for licenses and liaising with Government Authorities.
Thiri is also skillful in the translation of laws, regulations, and all legal documents in addition to delivering legal seminars to Myanmar companies.
Before joining M. Ravi Law in Yangon, she had the experience of having worked for over 4 years at two international law firms. Thiri holds a Master of Laws from Yangon University, Bachelor of Laws from Dagon University, a Diploma of International Law from Yangon University, and a Diploma of Intellectual Property Law from Yangon University.
Thiri also achieved the Scholarship Award of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation during her university days. She is a High-Grade Pleader and got her license since 2015.
